Hello everyone!
I am here with Joy Clair Stamps and we are collaboring with Bazzill Paper for the month of May. They have a variety of beautiful papers that will make your projects really stand out. I am sharing a sneak peak coffee card with the upcoming new release of Joy Clair Stamps set called Teacher. I love this set, it is so versatile. You can make a teachers card or just make a card using the coffee cup. With this week being teacher's appreciation week, this set is great for making your teacher cards to thank them for their hard work. This stamp set is a keeper for me and will be available in the Joy Clair store on May 13th!
I am playing along with the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop, Joy Clair is a Super Sponsor and we have a code for 25% off all coffee related stamps. At the checkout, please add MAYCOFFEELOVE. The Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop is from May 3-10. If you have a chance to play along there are many prizes to be won!
Here is how I put my card together:
1. My card is an A2 card, measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,
2. I die cut a black piece of cardstock and then die cut the beautiful Bazzill Paper with the hearts on it and adhered the two pieces together and adhered it to the base of the card,
3. I die cut the black piece of cardstock and with my finger smeared some white pigment ink to make it look like a chalk board, I then stamped the sentiment from the Teacher stamp set, with the white pigment ink.
4. I stamped and colored the cup with copics, and then used my scan and cut to cut it out, I adhered this to my card using some foam dots.
My card is pretty much clean and simple, but elegant. I love the Bazzill heart paper. They have it in several colors, which is perfect for any card you are creating. Thank you Bazzill Paper for such beautiful papers.
