Hello everyone Monica here to share a card I made using the set Easter Greetings and a PDF cut file with from the Cutting Cafe. I'm using their step card file to create the card today. I decided to use the PDF version of the file so that you can see that you don't need to use a cutting machine if you don't have one.
The file I used has multiple step card options, I choose the file for the double side step card and printed it out. I cut the template and used it to cut and score my cardstock where needed to create the card.
Once the main portion of the card was ready, I started getting the other elements of my card ready. I picked the two adorable bunnies from the Easter Greetings set and stamped them on some card stock in a light brown ink.
Once they were stamped I fussy cut them. Then added a little bit more color to my bunnies noses and a little yellow to the flowers.
I used some pattern paper to decorate the base of the card, measuring the strips of paper before adhering them to the card base. I used grass border punch for the green strip so some grassy detail for the bunnies to sit on.
To get my sentiment lined up on the card correctly I placed the bunnies on the card and used the Misit to stamp the words. I adhered one bunny tucked behind the grass and the second bunny was adhered with a little bit of foam tape. To finish the card I added a little bit of yellow ribbon to the bottom with a bow, and added some stickles to the bunnies flowers!
Until next time!
Monica
