Hello friends, Monica here and today I have two cards to share with you today. Well they are both very similar with a slight difference! I used the new set Martha's Flowers, I just love all the pretty flowers in this set and the sentiments as well.
I used my Misti and to stamp my images. The first was stamped on a piece of white cardstock and the second on some light blue cardstock.
I then colored the flowers on both cardstocks with my copics. I tried my best to color them the same, and I love how they turned out! They colors looks so vibrant on the white while the same colors took a more muted tone on the blue cardstock.
Once I was done with the coloring I used my little cutter bee scissors to fussy cut the flowers. Only the tops of them since I was wanting to create a boarder with the flowers once they were popped up on the cardbase.
I added a small strip of black cardstock under my floral boarder and adhered the both the white and blue borders to a white card base. Then I choose my sentiments, a different for each card and stamped them.
Here is a close up of the white on white card. I decided to add some sequins to both cards for a little added sparkle. Below is a closer look at the blue border on a white cardbase, with some added sparkle to it as well.
I'm not sure which one a like better, do you have a preference? I think the sentiment pops little more with the muted flowers, but I love the bright colors on the white card. Let me know what you think!
Until next time, Monica
Beautiful cards! I like both and I find it hard to pick a preference.

I like the blessings card. It is
brighter, whereas the other seems
to be smothered.
thanks for sharing
