What do you think of our new releases? aren't these stamps gorgeous! I could hardly wait to share with you.
Today sharing a sample using a new release stamp and also some foil paper from Rinea, who we are collaborating with for the month of August. There are many ways you can use the foil paper by Rinea and it's so gorgeous. The package I used is called Variety Peacock and the colors are beautiful. This package has designs, solids and they are double sided with one side being gold on the solids.
To create my card, I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel cut down with a stitched die. I stamped the greeting from the Fruit of the spirit set (this is one of my favorites from this release) on the stitched panel using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, this is my new go to ink for greetings, it stamps so crisp. Next I used one of the purple pieces of foil with the design on it and stamped the grapes also from the Fruit of the spirit set using Versamark ink and embossed them in white. I stamped the leaves of the grape on a gold piece of foil and fussy cut both of them out. To finish the card, I added the gold leave to the grape and popped it up using foam tape to give it dimension. One thing learned while doing the embossing technique on foil is that you really have to be careful or the foil melts, ask me how I know lol.
