Donuts and More Donuts

Hello everyone!

It's Ceal here back to share some more samples with you using our new release stamps. When I saw these two donut sets I fell in love! Donuts are definitely my biggest weakness when it comes to sweets, especially Krispy Kreme when the "Hot" is lit up, makes me want to go get one right now, but I had better let you in on the details of my card first. We are collaborating this month with Rinea, if you're like me and never heard of it you are missing out, their foiled papers are gorgeous!

For my first card, I created it by starting with a white top folding card base. I stamped the donut from the Sprinkled with Love set on a separate piece of paper and then on a piece of foil using the Ghost ink. After it dried I fussy cut out the donut and then only the icing fro the one stamped on the foil. I colored the donut using Copic markers and then attached the foil icing on top and added it to the card. Using the Misti for placement I stamped the greeting around the donut to finish the card

For my second card I also started with a white top folding card base and added a piece of the purple design foil from Rinea as a mat. I created the background Iby stamping the other donut stamps from this release Dancing Donut Background. I colored it using Copic markers and added some fun details, I added shimmer to the sprinkled donuts and "glaze" to the other by using glossy accents. This is such a fun background stamp to work with. I used a circle die and stamped the greeting from the Sprinkled with Love set which compliments this set fabulously.
