Hello friends!! Tosh here, once again, as a guest designer to share a card I made with one of Joy Clair's new Color by Faith sets called Faith Quotes. The fonts are super fun and perfect for adding to your Bible journal, or for a card to lift someone's spirits or encourage them when they're going through some hard times!! I LOVE the sentiment "His grace is enough", because I truly believe it. And I had someone dear in mind while making it.
The best thing about these Faith Quotes sentiments (for a cardmaker) is that you can put a card together with them rather quickly and get them to the person who needs them ASAP. And it also gave me a chance to use some of the beautiful decorative papers that I have way too much of. ;) I just diecut all my pieces, laid them out how I wanted them so I knew exactly where I wanted the sentiment. Since the stamps are clear, it was easy for me to line it up in the middle of the tag.
Below is a close up, so you can see how beautiful and detailed this sentiment is. Isn't it charming?
That's it for my project today. I hope you've enjoyed it! I have had such a delightful time working with Joy Clair's Color by Faith stamp sets. They're images and sentiments are beautiful and just spot on. Happy Stamping!

Hello everyone... Helen is here again today with a fun mixed media card using one of Joy Clair new stamp set, Out Of The World, together with the Rinea foil papers.
I have been having fun creating galaxy and nebula background using couple of coloring medium, like watercolor paints, Color Burst and Gelatos. On this card today, I used Iridescent Gelatos to create my card background. I love these Gelatos.
On a piece of watercolor paper (you can also use any heavy weight cardstock, as an option), I added some white gesso using old credit card. Then when the gesso was completely dry, randomly I scribbled some of the Iridescent Gelatos (Starbust, Nebula, Stardust, Galaxy, Black Hole) on the paper and then using my finger I mixed the colors. They give the metallic look and extra sparkle on it. Check it out on this short video below:
I added some splatters of white acrylic paint using toothbrush and fan brush. I set it aside to dry well for few minutes. And then I die cut the background with the largest size of the Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangles Nesting Dies. And then, I picked 2 sizes of the Circles Dies and die cut the middle of the background for the rotation path for the rocket ship and earth.
After working on the background, I stamped the rocket ship shapes several times on Rinea Foiled Papers (Patriotic Foiled Paper Variety Pack,Copper Star Struck Pack) with StazOn Black Ink Pad, and set aside to dry. Then I fussy cut them with micro-tip scissors. I put them together with On Point Glue.
To create the earth, I stamped the earth image with Versafine Onyx Black Ink Pad, colored it with watercolor pencils, and I used Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush instead of regular watercolor brush to spread the colors. It gives the watercolor look and glitter at the same time :) And I fussy cut it, too.
I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black Ink pad on a white cardstock, and die cut it with the one of the Double Stitched Circles Dies. And then I added it on the card with adhesive.
After that, I added the background panel on a black card base using Tombow Extreme Permanent Adhesive. And then using some 3D foam tape, I added the foiled rocket ship and watercolored earth on the card. Honestly, my original plan was to make it as a spinning card, but I did something wrong on the steps, so I chanced my mind to just a clean-and-simple mixed media card :)
I hope you all can enjoy my card today and be inspired to create something to bless and bring joy into someone's life. To see more inspirations and keep updated on new products, challenges, and giveaways, make sure you follow Joy Clair on these social media:
Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here today with two inspiration projects using two sets from the Joy Clair August Release Rose Sentiments and Ugly Sweater Background Builder and Rinea foil papers as part of the Joy Clair/Rinea month long collaboration.
For my first project today, started with an A2 card base made from Recollections 110 lb card stock. I then used a layer cut at 4" x 5.25" of Purple Rinea, and then Gold the next size smaller at 3.75" x 5".
I stamped the Rose Sentiments frame on a sheet of the same 110 lb card stock and cut with my scan n cut. I used Spectrum Noir alcohol markers to color the roses and leave and used a Gold Sharpie on the frame. I stamped the sentiment using StazOn Black.
For my second project today I used the Ugly Christmas Sweater set and Rinea Ghost ink, as well as Rinea Green foil paper. The background sweater paper is from DCWV 6x6 Fall pack. I used Kraft cardstock as my base.
I positioned my stamps in the mini misti and inked them up with the Ghost Ink, let me say this stuff is amazing. As soon as I had my impression made I used a baby wipe and the green foil came away where it was stamped.
I cut the foil piece 3"x4.35". The sweater layer is 4" x 5.25" and the Kraft base is standard A2.
I hope you have liked my inspiration projects today. I am going to have fun with this Ghost ink. It is specially formulated to work with the Rinea darker colored foils, and I feel it just adds that special touch a project can use sometimes.

Hello there Joy Clair friends! It's Kerry here and I'm back to share another fun...but simple creation using the Noah's Ark set from the Color By Faith Collection. I think this set is so unique and extra special! I love that it focuses on the Great Flood and the amazing beauty of animals traveling two by two. I knew that many people would focus on the Ark and the Two by Two images in their cardmaking but I was really drawn to the Genesis scripture and the two flying birds. They speak to me so I created a simple yet powerful card that highlighted these pieces.
To create the background, I used some London Fog Memento Ink to stamp the three different clouds in a pleasing pattern on the paper. I didn't fill up the page, but I applied the clouds as if the storm was coming in from the right side. After stamping the clouds, I used a light blue watercolor pencil to add some color underneath each cloud. This gave the clouds a bit of dimension and helped separate them from the page. When done, I stamped the birds using some Tuxedo Black ink.
After that, I stamped the sentiment onto some white cardstock using my Misti to get a crisp/clean image. I popped the sentiment up with some foam squares then added a bit of black twine to "hold it up". To incorporate a bit of shine (hinting that the sun will arrive soon), I rubbed a bit of ghost ink onto the blue Rinea foil then wiped some of the blue color off with a wet paper towel. I attached this foil to the back of the stamped panel then mounted the whole thing onto a blue base.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my share! Have a great week!

For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card. I took a piece of gold Rinea Foil Paper from the Patriotic pack and ran it through my Xyron machine and then I took a sizzix embossing folder and placed the foil paper with the adhesive on the back inside the embossing folder and then ran it through my Big Shot and added that to the card. I found it much easier to have the adhesive on the back of the foil first, then to try and emboss the foil paper and then run it through my Big Shot. Next I took some ombre purple paper and my Chevron die and cut out the arrows. I took some Black Memento ink and stamped the "Blessed By His Grace" sentiment and stamped that onto the largest arrow and then I attached all three pieces to the card. I took some purple and white Bakers Twine and wrapped that around the top of the card a couple of times and then tied it in a not adding the love charm. Lastly I took some Wilted Violet distress ink and inked the edges of the card.
For the first A2 card I wanted to show the animals loading onto the Ark two by two so I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card. Next I took some watercolor paper and some Mowed Lawn distress ink and my ink tool and rubbed on some of the ink onto the bottom half of the watercolor paper. I took some Tumbled Glass distress ink and rubbed that onto the top half of the watercolor paper. I took some Memento Black ink and stamped the Ark onto the paper and then colored it in with E33 Sand Copic marker. I took some Brown ink and stamped the animals onto the paper heading to the Ark. I took some of the Rinea Foil Gold paper and ran that through my Big Shot with the Sun die. I cut out some white paper with the clouds die and I took some of the Rinea Foil paper in green and cut out the leaves. I took my W3 Warm Gray Copic marker and colored the bottom of the clouds so they look like rain clouds. I added the sun, clouds and leaves to the card. I took some more black ink and stamped the "two by two" sentiment on the bottom left side of the card and then I stamped the birds stamp with black ink several times around the top. I took both of the distress inks and inked around the edges of the paper and then added that to the card.
Here is a closer look of the animals heading to the Ark:
My next card shows the loaded Ark floating in the water for "Forty Days & Forty Nights". I took some white card stock for the base of this A2 card and then I took some of the Rinea Foil Blue paper and ran that through my Xyron and then I used an Sizzix Wave embossing folder to emboss the blue foil paper. I took my sanding tool and lightly sanded over the top of the waves and then added it to the white card base. I took some watercolor paper, Memento black ink and stamped the Ark, clouds and sentiment onto the paper. I colored in the Ark with Copic markers and then fussy cut out the Ark and the clouds. I took a scalloped oval die and cut out the sentiment and then I added everything to the card.
Hello, Joy Clair friends! I love using die-cuts! They make card-making and even Bible Journaling a tad bit easier! There are some many different ways you can use them!
Today I will be showing you two projects, one using a Everyday stamp set and one using a Color by Faith stamp set. All month long the Joy Clair design team will be teaming up with Rinea Foil paper.
First up, with Halloween around the corner, I am working with the super adorable October Fun stamp set and a variety of foil papers.
I used a variety of different dies to create this card. I used one for the hill, the house, and the moon. I used gold foil for the lights of the house and silver foil for the stars in the sky. The foil adds some fun shine to the card!
I used a simple star die for this page. One word stamp is stamped with the ghost ink and wiped off. The rest of the words are randomly stamped onto the Bible page. For the monsters, I stamped them onto cardstock and colored in using markers. The monsters are cut out and attached to the page.
Please continue to stop by the Joy Clair blog for the entire month of September to see what the Joy Clair design team does with the Rinea Foil.

Hello Everyone!! It's Lindsay here with you today, sharing a few cards in Joy Clair Stamps partnership with Rinea Foil! Both of my cards today have a very similar asthetic and color scheme perfect for fall, but they use two very different techniques, both equally as easy and fun to do! Be sure and watch the video tutorial below for all the details on using Perfect Pearls and Weaving with Joy Clair Stamps and Rinea Foil. I also threw in a mesh shaker card, so be sure and watch!!
ENJOY!!
I will start off with the Perfect Pearls and Mesh Shaker Card. I first cut a piece of gold Rinea Foil paper down to 4" x 5 1/4" and then using the solid leaves in the Fall Leaves stamp set, started stamping randomly onto that piece of foil with Versamark Ink. Versamark Ink by nature is a sticky ink, so stamping on the slick foil was a breeze with this ink. I first stamped about half of the panel and then dusted on Perfect Bronze powder to create some very shiny stamped images on the already gorgeous and shiny foil. I went ahead and repeated the same steps on the other half of the foil as well to complete the panel!
For this card, I wanted to turn it into a shaker, but with a twist. I'm sure you've all seen the mesh shaker cards and I really wanted to try one out, not to mention I have a ton of brown mesh just sitting around waiting to be used up! Be sure and watch the full tutorial above to see exactly how I put the shaker card together plus a little tip on lining up card fronts!! I finished the card off with the "Wishing You Blessings" sentiment in the bottom right hand corner.
For my second card I really wanted to demonstrate the flexibility you can achieve with the Rinea Foil, and because of that flexibility and ability to hold it's shape, it's perfect for 3D accents. However, I still wanted my card to be mailable in this case so I decided to do a bit of weaving with strips of the Bronze and Gold. I also used a glitter to embed in the spaces between the woven pieces for extra sparkle. For the sentiment and the background on the card front I used the brand new "Salt and Light" stamp set!
These two cards were quite a challenge, but a lot of fun to make! If you are interested in any of the Joy Clair or Rinea Foil products I used on my card today, you will find them all linked below! (Some affiliate links used) Until next time, Happy Crafting!!
Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here to share with you what I made by combining Rinea Paper Foil and Joy Clair Stamps. But first let me tell you that right now this is one of my favorite combinations because I can use the paper foil to stamp and not only to decorate or create layers. Take a look at my first card:
I made this card using Vellum card stock for the base and Rinea paper foil for the layers. The web background is an SVG file that I easily cut with my cricut explore. At the beginning I was afraid to waste my paper foil experimenting with the cricut but after I saw a video that one of my teammates posted on RINEA Facebook page, I was confident that I could make my web. I just have to set my machine between the paper and vinyl option and use an older mat or a light grid mat. Then I must secure my paper foil, the Violet/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper, and then send it to cut.
If you use a non-sticky mat, it will be very easy to remove the cut piece. For me it was very simple, as you can see in the photo below.
Following the same process, I cut a grass border using Emerald/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and then I pasted the web over the vellum card base and the grass over the web using Beacon's Premium Tacky Glue. To decorate my card I used the Joy Clair stamp set October Fun. I stamped all these cute characters using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Prismacolor Premier pencils. I fussy cut with my scissors and pasted with dimensionals over the decorated card.
The base of my card is Basic Black card stock and I just pasted a second layer with Sapphire Star Struck paper foil. Then I stamped some images from the Joy Clair stamp set Out of this World with the Ghost Rinea Ink. This ink "removes" the color of the paper foil creating a special effect on all your creations. I also made a semi moon with a stitched circle die cut and Silver/Silver Star Struck paper foil.
In a separate piece of whisper white card stock I stamped two astronauts included on the stamp set Out of this World and colored them with Prismacolor Premier pencils. I fussy cut and pasted over the paper foil layers. In a piece of basic black card stock I stamped a sentiment using Versamark and Silver Embossing Powder. I pasted all these stamped images with dimensionals to give my project more dimension.
I hope these ideas inspire you to use the Joy Clair Stamps and the Rinea Paper Foil in combination or alone in your different projects. You will love all that you can create with them and the unlimited ways that you can combine them.
It's Donna here with Joy Clair and I am back showcasing Rinea foils. If you missed my earlier post this month, we are featuring Rinea foils the whole month! If you have not seen all the beautiful colors or know about Rinea foils, check out their bog to see the beautiful creations you can do with their foils. I am featuring one of the most recent new background stamps called Ugly Sweater Background Builder. I think this card I created today is adorable! I cut the hat image from a free SVG or PDF file here.
Are you ready for the Christmas holiday? Have you started on making your Holiday cards? Hop over to the Joy Clair blog and there is plenty of inspiration for you to get started.
Here is how I created my card:
1. I cut the hat shape from a free SVG file from card stock,
2. I then used the Rinea violet foil and cut the rim and the ball of the hat from the free SVG file,
4. I then used white embossing powder and heat set it on the hat,
5. The rim, I embossed the Rinea violet foil with an embossing folder, I added this to the bottom of the hat and added the circle to the top of the hat with adhesive,
6. I finished off the card by adding the "Merry Christmas" from one of the stamp sets from the Ugly Sweater Background Builder.
I really enjoyed making this card, I hope I have given you some inspiration to start your Holiday cards.
