Hello Everyone, Cornelia here today and I am sharing two cards created using that wonderful Swirl Background from Joy Clair! The possibilities with this background are endless - just showing you two versions, but I think you'll see more of it in the future.
For my first card I first heat embossed water color paper with white embossing powder. Then I spritzed Dylusion sprays (green and blue) and let them dry. I cut off a small strip from the side, turned it upside down and laid a thing strip of white paper in between the water colored strip and the main card panel. The negative die-cut sentiment I had in my stash (used the positive cut for an other card, but found the negative tooo pretty to throw out...). Put some vellum under it, so it became easier to read. Added an enamel dot.
For my second card I first spritzed Dylusion sprays onto water color paper (yellow, pink and orange) and let it dry. Then added the swirls, this time used gold embossing. I die cut the bottom corner with a stitched die and added the sentiment on black background paper. It also needed an enamel dot, I thought.
Hope you liked this!
