Hello everyone... Helen is here today. There are many kind of cards that we all need all the time. For me, birthday and thank you cards are the most needed. I always to make sure they are ready in my box whenever I need to send them to someone. Since, I need them a lot all through the year, I like to make a batch of cards at one sitting with one design, and clean-and-simple (CAS) is my to-go style, too.
Today, I would love to share with you a set of Thank You cards that I created using the Bandana Bits stamp set, one fun stamp set from Joy Clair that you can use to create beautiful backgrounds with unlimited design options. With this stamp set, you can make thank you cards, birthday cards, miss you cards, just hello cards, cards for friends, or even just blank note cards.
This time, I made a batch of 6 cards using one of the large corner stamps. First, I cut out several white cardstock into 5.5" x 4" as background panels. And then I stamped each of them at one top corner using my MISTI and Versafine Onyx Black ink pad. Then, I flipped that around and stamped them again on the opposite corner to create the background. I repeated it 6 times in a jiffy! :)
This Bandana Bits stamp set has phrases that you can build up your own sentiments. Using the new MISTI Creative Corners, I use the ruler to place the sentiment stamps on the card, picked them up with the lid, and then stamped them on all 6 cardstock panels.
I added the finished panels on 6 white - gold foil border card bases with Adhesive runner (double-sided tape works well, too). The card set is now ready for anytime I need them :)
